Limes

I brought a ‘Kusaie’ lime by mistake. I thought it was another name for key lime. The skin has a weird camphorous flavour, but the juice is actually really good, similar to a spicy ‘Meyer’ lemon. Sweet, floral and spicy. Annabel Wong, Auckland
