Blackberries & Raspberries

I have an ‘Aspiring’ raspberry and three others – ‘Ebony’, ‘Clutha’ and ‘Cromwell’. The ‘Aspiring’ from Incredible Edibles is in a class of its own when it came to producing. And ‘Ebony’ is a very tasty fruit. John Fisher, Fairfield Tayberries are a wee bit tangy but full of flavour – they look like a cross between a raspberry and a blackberry. They are quite long too.
