Thyme

We grow golden thyme as a groundcover. Its leaves have a lemony scent which I like to use in cooking. I add it to stuffing as well for the Christmas chook. Ruth Cameron, Napier Orange thyme is really nice. I bought seeds from Kings Seeds because I wanted to cover a bank and it was too expensive to plant separate plants. Its flavour is milder than normal thyme but it has a nice spicy orange taste.
