Grapefruit mimosa

Squeeze 1 ruby grapefruit into a jug with 1cm ginger, grated, a few torn tarragon leaves, 2tbsp Cointreau and 2tbsp agave. Stir well. Add a slice of ruby grapefruit to 6 flutes, divide the juice between the glasses, then top up with Cava. Serves 6.
