Spiced apple cooler

Muddle 3 sprigs of basil and 3tbsp demerara sugar in a large jug. Add juice of 2 lemons and 2 limes, and 200ml spiced rum. Top up with crushed ice and sparkling apple drink. Serve with extra lime and basil. Serves 4. >>
