PLACE A TOWEL ON THE FLOOR UNDER YOUR RIGHT FOOT. FROM A STANDING POSITION, BEND YOUR KNEES AND COME INTO A SQUAT. EXHALE AND EXTEND YOUR RIGHT LEG OUT TO THE SIDE. INHALE AND RETURN TO THE STARTING POSITION. REPEAT 8 TO 10 TIMES ON EACH SIDE.
